    ✔ Use clean water – Change the water every 1-2 days to keep the flowers fresh.
    ✔ Keep away from direct heat & sunlight – Place your bouquet in a cool, shaded area.
    ✔ Remove wilted flowers – This helps extend the lifespan of the remaining blooms.
    ✔ Use flower food – If provided, dissolve it in fresh water for better hydration and longevity.

    Please note that fresh flowers may contain pollen and natural fragrances, which can trigger allergies or sensitivities. If you have pollen allergies or are sensitive to floral scents, please handle them carefully or opt for preserved or artificial flowers from our collection.

Delivery and Returns

Yes! We offer scheduled delivery for your convenience. Please select your preferred date at checkout. For special requests, feel free to contact us in advance.

We also offer same-day or next-day delivery?
• Next-day delivery: Fresh flower bouquets are available if ordered by 2 PM (UK time).
• Preserved & artificial flowers: Shipped within 2-3 business days due to our careful arrangement process.

Please note: we currently deliver within the UK. International shipping is under consideration, so stay tuned for updates!

Due to the delicate nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on fresh flower bouquets. However, if there is an issue with preserved or artificial flowers due to our mistake, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery if you experience any issues.

However, you can request your preferred colour tones, and we will do our best to create a bouquet that aligns with your wishes.
